RSM non-EEA Scholarship of Excellence

Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) will grant several partial scholarships, depending on the quality of the applicants, for selected students from non-EEA countries who are not entitled to pay the EEA tuition fee and whose grades in their previous programmes are considered ‘excellent’. 


Russian graduates will receive full financial support from the state provided they agree to work for a Russian company for a minimum of three years after completing their degree abroad. The program will start this fall while the list of acceptable universities includes 150 schools in 25 countries. To qualify for the program, applicants must already have a bachelor’s degree and have applied and been accepted into a foreign university on the list. 


Holland Scholarship

Application deadline: Thursday, 1 February 2018

The Holland Scholarship is financed by the Dutch Ministry of Education, Culture and Science as well as Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. This scholarship is meant for international students from outside the European Economic Area (EEA) who want to do their bachelor’s or master’s at RSM.


NN Future Matters Scholarship

Application deadline: Tuesday, 3 April 2018

The NN Future Matters Scholarship is a programme financed by Nationale Nederlanden and for students from Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Greece, Hungary, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Romania, Slovakia, Spain and Turkey, who want to do a master in the Netherlands in finance, risk management or economics. The scholarship amount is € 5,000.


Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) will grant two to three partial scholarships through the Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) of NESO- Brazil. The value of the partial scholarship is between 30-50% of the tuition fee for non-EEA students.


G&D Europe Scholarship

Application deadline: Tuesday, 1 May 2018

The G&D Europe Scholarship is generously founded by two EUR alumni from Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) and the Erasmus School of Economics (ESE). The owners of G&D Europe B.V. say their education at EUR stood at the base of their success. They want to share this experience by providing a scholarship of €3.000 for maximum 12 months of the bachelor or master programme at EUR.

Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) will grant two to three partial scholarships through the Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) of NESO- Russia. The value of the partial scholarship is between 30-50% of the tuition fee for non-EEA students.


Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) will grant two to three partial scholarships through the Orange Tulip Scholarship Programme (OTS) of NESO- Thailand. The value of the partial scholarship is between 30-50% of the tuition fee for non-EEA students.

Sallie Mae, Private Loan Programme

Application deadline: Wednesday, 31 May 2017

The Erasmus University Rotterdam is participating in the Private Loan Programme from Sallie Mae. EUR students with U.S. citizenship may apply for the Smart Option Student Loan and the Sallie Mae Parent Loan. The loan is meant to finance your stay at the EUR and could cover your tuition fee, room & board and miscellaneous.


Finance & Investments Advanced Scholarship

Application deadline: Saturday, 31 March 2018

Merit based scholarships are available for students with an excellent academic record and will be awarded in collaboration with our corporate partners. Scholarships will be granted based on prior academic excellence, motivation and performance during the selection interview. 


The Orange Tulip Scholarship (OTS) Mexico programme is offered to excellent Mexican students who wish to pursue a master programme at Erasmus University Rotterdam in September 2018. The scholarship is a waiver of your master tuition fee for one year, with a maximum of € 10.000.
