I have recently participated in the Employee Communication masterclass and the experience has been very positive. The school has made an incredible effort to adapt to the virtual environment without missing the human interaction, which is certainly challenging considering the current situation. All the students could mingle before the lessons to have the opportunity to get to know each other better. The technology worked really well, and the material was quickly updated to facilitate the access. Regarding the content of the course, it came up to my expectations. Very interesting topics with lots of takeaways for internal communications professionals, and also it was really up to date with the all the latest challenges we face in our workspaces after the global pandemic.
