Profile
Welcome!
My research mainly covers household finance, focusing on housing and mortgages, and its implications for macroeconomic policy and financial regulation.
At RSM, I currently teach Personal Finance.
I completed my PhD in Economics at Nova School of Business and Economics in Lisbon, Portugal, where I was also a teaching assistant. During the PhD, I was a visiting student at NYU Stern, Baruch College, and U. Pompeu Fabra, and I also worked at the European Central Bank on household wealth statistics. Before the PhD, I worked at the Institute of Public Policy, a Lisbon think tank focusing on fiscal policy analysis.
