Roland Keim is an experienced executive with more than 30 years of international leadership experience across multinational corporations, family-owned businesses, private equity-owned companies, and professional services organisations. Throughout his career, he has led organisations through periods of transformation, growth and operational improvement, thereby combining strategic vision with a strong focus on people, culture and execution. Roland is passionate about developing organisations and people, and creating sustainable results through collaboration, trust and clear strategic direction.
Professional biography
Roland Keim studied Business Economics at Erasmus University Rotterdam (EUR). Prior to joining RSM, Roland served in a variety of CEO, board-level and international leadership positions. These included the following: interim CEO of Imbema; CEO of BN International; director B2B/B2B2C at Centraal Beheer Achmea; and country director Spain for AkzoNobel. In these roles, Roland was responsible for strategy development, organisational transformation, stakeholder management, and operational excellence in complex and rapidly changing environments.
