At RSM we are looking for movers and shakers, trailblazers – and most of all, change-makers.

Our MBA students are handpicked from a broad diversity of backgrounds and nationalities, based on academic ability, experience, motivation and capacity to contribute dynamically to the shared learning experience of the cohort.

But we also look for something extra. Something that differentiates RSM MBAs from others. We look for next-generation leaders who share our vision of business as a force for positive change. We educate tomorrow’s leaders.

• Leaders who aim to make their mark on the world.
• Leaders who want to drive change, play their part in solving the most pressing problems we face.
• Leaders with the vision and the resolve to find solutions that enrich opportunities for everyone, and to deliver positive and lasting impact on people, organisations, economies and communities.

• An undergraduate degree
• A GMAT (Classic or Focus edition), GRE, Shorter GRE, or BAT report
• At least three years of postgraduate professional experience
• Ability to contribute in a multicultural setting
• English language assessment may apply

  • Please respond fully but concisely to the question. The essay should contain around 500 words.
