So that you can enjoy your reunion without worrying about how much you drink or how late you stay, we don't recommend driving to the MBA reunion.
We have made sure that it's easy to access the whole event by public transport, and transportation is provided between all the main locations and central Rotterdam for our all-day Friday and Saturday guests. The main location is walking distance from Rotterdam Centraal station, and you can access everything from there.

We will provide a free bus from Rotterdam Centraal Station and Mainport Hotel at 09:15. The pick-up point from Rotterdam Centraal is on the south side, Stationsplein. The pick-up point for Mainport hotel is outside the main gate. The shuttle service will return you to the station and Mainport at the end of the event.
The Van Nelle Fabriek can be reached by public transport: take bus 38 from Rotterdam Centraal Station to Station Schiedam Centrum. Get off at “Beukelsbrug” (Horvathweg). Go down the steps, turn left underneath the railway viaduct, and cross the road towards the entrance of Van Nelle Fabriek.
Follow the P signs or the instructions of our car park attendants. Please ask for a complementary parking ticket at the Leadership Summit reception and registration desk to exit without charge.

Since most of the activities on Saturday will be taking place at the Mainport hotel (the event will start and end at Mainport), kindly follow the advice below on how to get there:
The Mainport Hotel has a central location in Rotterdam so it is easily reachable by public transport. The hotel right next to the Leuvehaven metro and tram station. You can use the public transport route planner 9292.nl or get in touch for extra advice and support.
Valet parking is available at the hotel for a daily fee. There are other undergroud parking spaces located close to the hotel. Read the instructions provided by Mainport to find out how to reach them.
Afternoon programme: 15:45 – 18:00

We will provide transportation from Mainport Hotel to campus and back. After the campus tour, there will be a short walk (or a short bus ride) to the Spido boat that will take everyone back to the hotel.
You can also make your way to campus using the metro or the tram. You can use the public transport route planner 9292.nl or get in touch for extra advice and support.
Travelling by car to campus is not advised since parking availability is very limited during the weekend.
