RSM Summer School 2026

Johannes Boegershausen is an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Rotterdam School of Management. Johannes' research examines marketplace morality and stigma. His research has been published in journals such as the Journal of Marketing, Journal of Consumer Research, and Journal of Consumer Psychology. 

Johannes has received the 2019 C.W. Park Young Contributor Award from the Society for Consumer Psychology and was one of Poets & Quants’ Top 50 Undergraduate Professors in 2023. Johannes holds a Ph.D. in Marketing from The University of British Columbia. Before joining Erasmus, he worked as an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the University of Amsterdam.

Ata is the Innovation Lead at Erasmus Centre for Entrepreneurship and a Stanford University Innovation Fellow. After studying at Robert College, he earned a background in international business and management of innovation at Rotterdam School of Management. Ata has extensive experience in coaching entrepreneurs and innovators, and with designing and delivering trainings. He specializes in strategic foresight, design thinking, and entrepreneurship.

Dr. Sofya Isaakyan is an Associate Professor of Organisational Behaviour in the Department of Organisation & Personnel Management at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. She is deeply committed to personal and leadership development and has successfully developed and delivered a variety of leadership programmes and courses within the RSM MBA, Open, and Customised Executive Programmes. Her passion for leadership development and coaching has also led her to pursue specialised training to become a coach certified by the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Her commitment and dedication to advancing leadership is further demonstrated through her research, which examines how managers can effectively build their leadership capacity, develop a strong leader identity, and manage their employees’ upward feedback. Sofya's work has been published in top-tier academic journals, including the Academy of Management Journal, Journal of Applied Psychology, and Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes. She places a strong emphasis on bridging the gap between theory and practice by working closely with business leaders and non-academic partners to co-create evidence-based solutions to real-world challenges. Recently, Sofya led a major project with the Dutch Maritime sector, focusing on diversity and inclusion within the industry.

Steve Kennedy is Associate Professor of Business Sustainability at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research approaches how systems and resilience thinking can help organizations to tackle grand societal challenges such as climate change and biodiversity loss. 

Dr Kennedy has experience collaborating with partners on sustainability in a wide variety of sectors including finance, construction, agriculture, electronics and chemicals. His research has featured in peer-reviewed scientific journals such as Journal of Management, Journal of Management Studies, Strategic Organization, Long Range Planning, Business & Society and Business Strategy and the Environment. In 2025, Dr Kennedy received the Distinguished Educator Award from the Academy of Management Organization & Natural Environment Division.

Anne-Kathrin Klesse is Professor of Consumer Behavior and Technology at Rotterdam School of Management, where she also serves as Co-Chair of the department. She is also the Academic Director of the Psychology of AI Lab at the Erasmus Centre for Data Analytics. Her research examines consumer lay beliefs about artificial intelligence (AI) and translates these insights into actionable implications for data scientists and organizations developing and implementing    AI technologies. Her work is published in leading marketing journals. In recognition of her contributions to the field, she was named a Marketing Science Institute Scholar in 2024, an honor awarded to a select group of scholars worldwide.

Antonia Krefeld-Schwalb, is assistant professor of Marketing at RSM. She studies and teaches the impact of individual differences on responses to marketing and policy measures to improve targeting and segmentation. Her substantive focus is on sustainable consumer behaviour and how to make persuasive messages such as emails and text messages as well as incentives more effective.

Prof. Liberali is the Full Professor of Digital Marketing at Rotterdam School of Management at Erasmus University. He is an Associate Editor at Marketing Science, an Area Editor at the International Journal of Marketing Research, a guest editor at Management Science, and a finalist of the INFORMS Society for Marketing Science Long Term Impact Award and of the John Little Award. Gui is a member of advisory boards of high-tech startup companies in the Netherlands and Hong Kong. 

Gui is the co-founder of the Erasmus Centre for Optimization of Digital Experiments (www.erim.eur.nl/ecode), the Business Data Science graduate school (www.businessdatascience.nl), the Business Analytics Masters, and the Erasmus Center for Data Analytics (www.ecda.eur.nl).

Currently an adviser to the United Nations, Mo Tanweer studied Economics at Cambridge University and, after a career in investment banking, he assists with teaching Macroeconomics and International Business on the MBA, EMBA, and GEMBA at the Judge Business School (University of Cambridge), and on the MBA at the Rotterdam School of Management, as well as contributing to Executive Education courses on global megatrends. He provides consultancy advice to corporates on how rapidly shifting economic trends and shocks such as AI impact their business models. 

He works with C-suite management to explore a deeper understanding of relevant macroeconomic issues. His research has focused on the rise of China as well as global technology shocks and how they affect geopolitical relationships and the wider global economy, from labour markets to policy making. At Cambridge, he supervises students on The Politics of the International Economy, and Banking & Finance.

Alba is a sustainability strategist and foresight advisor with over 15 years of experience across multinationals and advisory. She works at the intersection of sustainability, futures thinking, and governance — helping organizations develop long-term strategic clarity in complex, fast-changing environments. She is the founder of The Sustainable Link & Co and co-founder of Futures & Sustainability, an Amsterdam-based platform for experiential learning and cross-sector dialogue. She teaches Corporate Foresight for Sustainability at EDHEC Business School.

Emanuel Ubert is an Assistant Professor of Strategic Management at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University. His research examines how organizations adapt to disruptions and uncertain futures, with a focus on when climate change triggers more sustainable societal transformations. 

He draws on the Carnegie School, evolutionary theory, and political economy. His current applied work includes the Dutch Water and Soil policy project on climate adaptation governance.
