Frequently asked questions

RSM Summer School 2026 is open to all alumni of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM) and Erasmus University Rotterdam and EMBA27 students. Places are limited for each session and registrations are handled on a first-come, first-served basis.

Yes. You can choose the sessions that best fit your interests and schedule. Each masterclass has its own registration link, so please register separately for every session you would like to attend.

No. The programme is built around three themes — AI and Digitalisation, Climate Change and Sustainability, and Geopolitics and Social Justice — but you are welcome to register for individual sessions across different tracks.

Yes. You are welcome to attend more than one session, subject to availability. Please register separately for each session you would like to join. If you would like to attend many sessions, or even the full Summer School programme, please contact alumni@rsm.nl and we’ll help make the registration process easier.

Each session costs €50. Please use the registration link for the session you would like to attend to reserve your place.

All sessions take place in Bayle Building (J), through the RSM entrance, on the campus of Erasmus University Rotterdam.

You can travel to campus by metro or tram. For the easiest route, please use the public transport route planner at 9292.nl. You can also get in touch with us if you need extra advice or support.

If you do prefer to drive to campus, please use the Erasmus Plaza parking. Please note: parking is not included in your registration fee.

All masterclasses take place in the Bayle Building, which has step-free access. If you have additional needs, please let us know during the registration process so we can support you as much as possible.

Tea and coffee are available free of charge at every session. Meals are not included in the registration fees, but for sessions that take place over lunchtime, you can buy lunch at Maria’s Cantina, located on the ground floor of Bayle Building.

Yes. Participants will receive a digital certificate of attendance after taking part in their registered session.
