Empowering student changemakers, one idea at a time

At Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), we believe that business can – and must – be a force for positive change. But real-world change does not begin and end in the classroom. The Hummingbird Fund helps our students take bold steps beyond traditional learning. It gives them the resources, the encouragement, and the opportunity to test their ideas for good.

Through small, student-led projects, this fund empowers young minds to turn a sense of responsibility into meaningful action for their communities, their environment, and our shared future.

Why your support matters

Traditional education offers knowledge. But real growth often comes when students are challenged to act. Your donation directly supports RSM students who want to do just that: take initiative, collaborate, and create meaningful change.

With your help, we can fund more projects, reach more communities, and prepare more young changemakers to tackle the world's most pressing challenges. Whether you’re an alumnus, a friend of RSM, or a corporate partner, your contribution becomes part of a powerful chain reaction. One that starts with a single student and grows into something far greater.
