Okan Türkeş

Enterprise Solutions Architect at Kubota Europe

The Sustainability for Business Impact programme reshaped how I approach everyday decisions, with a stronger focus on continuous progress and accountable action, and helped me understand how circularity, value chain responsibility, and resilience are connected, and how the socio-economic dimension can be reframed through the design of complex systems and interactions.

Studies with this level of depth and practical focus are uncommon, and I found it particularly valuable that RSM offers dedicated tracks that can be aligned with an individual professional context of choice. So I also enrolled for another course, the broader Leading Sustainable Business Transformation programme. This made the learning directly applicable and relevant to my day-to-day work.

In my professional journey, the programme has strengthened my holistic view of organisational design and operations. I now embrace concepts like double materiality and practice how they can be embedded and modelled within operational businesses, and how design choices influence efficiency, collaboration, trust and overall impact. This programme is just the starting point, and I aim to integrate ESG principles more actively into my organization while driving balanced and sustainable outcomes.

Martin Prowse

Evaluation Specialist at Independent Evaluation Unit | Green Climate Fund

The Leading the Energy Transition programme surpassed my expectations with its carefully curated set of activities that stretched us and drew out how, as committed global citizens, we can contribute to the system-wide changes we need to make. This programme supports my ongoing evaluative and analytical work to steer the Green Climate Fund towards meeting the challenges of funding and designing investments for paradigm shifts and transitions across energy, building, industry and transport systems – alongside harnessing the potential of ecosystem-based approaches.

The course encouraged all of us participants to commit to our climate values – we can all learn from each other and contribute to solving the climate crisis.
