Interested in AI? Join this masterclass, learn more about AI and how to ethically implement it in the workplace.

AI is becoming part of everyday work, but using it responsibly takes more than choosing the right technology.

AI can influence how work is organised, how performance is assessed and how decisions are made. The ethical questions therefore start early: who decides how AI is used, who is affected, and who gets a voice in shaping it?

In this masterclass, José Luis Gallegos, PhD candidate at Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM), explores how organisations can introduce and govern AI in ways that are transparent, accountable and fair.

When: Tuesday 29 September, 15:00 - 16:00 (CEST)

Where: Online

Learn which questions to ask before AI becomes embedded in everyday work. You will explore issues such as worker involvement, surveillance, accountability and the impact of AI on jobs and decision-making, and take away practical principles for using AI more responsibly in your organisation.
