The RSM MBA Career Centre supports students throughout their MBA journey. Each student is assigned a 1-on-1 career coach who will work with them throughout the entire year.
During the first two modules, the focus is on exploring industries, functional areas, and organisations. Workshops include preparing application materials (cover letters, CV, LinkedIn, etc.), mock interviews, networking guidance, and more.
In the latter half of the year, students can connect with organisations seeking to recruit talented RSM MBA graduates. Throughout the entire programme, students are supported by peers and coaches, who ensure continual progress, learning, and development. Through personalised recruitment events, company presentations and tailored interview preparation, the programme ensures students are well-equipped to engage with global companies.
