Benefits for employers

Investing in employee education makes sense

  • Immediate impact

Employees who are studying a part-time online master can immediately apply their new in-demand knowledge, skills and connections to their organisations.

  • Talent retention and increased loyalty

By investing in their professional growth, your people are more likely to develop a strong sense of loyalty to your organisation. Higher job satisfaction and opportunities for advancement reduce turnover rates, fostering a stable and dedicated workforce, and lowering operational costs related to recruiting and onboarding new employees.

  • Improved performance

Equipped with important in-demand skills, increased intrinsic motivation, and greater creative capabilities, employees become more efficient and effective in their roles, leading to increased productivity and overall organisational performance.

  • Highly skilled workforce

The company gains a competitive edge by having a highly educated and skilled workforce that is up-to-date on the latest industry trends and research.

  • Enhanced employee morale and job satisfaction

Investing in employee development programmes demonstrate a commitment to individual growth, boosting morale, and overall perceptions of job satisfaction. When your employees feel valued and supported, they are more engaged, motivated, and eager to contribute their best efforts to your organisation.

  • Cultivation of innovation and creativity

Employee development nurtures creativity and innovative thinking, directly in programmes targeted towards innovation, and indirectly through collaborative learning methods and discovering new perspectives. As employees gain new skills and perspectives, they become better equipped to devise innovative solutions to challenges, giving their organisation a competitive edge.

Employer partnerships

Sponsorship programs can be structured with flexible work arrangements, tuition assistance (for instance, offering full sponsorship or partial sponsorship), creating a win-win scenario where employees grow professionally while the company strengthens its future-ready workforce.

Employers can sponsor master programmes for their employees as a strategic investment in talent development. By funding advanced education, organisations empower staff to deepen expertise, gain cutting-edge knowledge, and build leadership capabilities that directly benefit the business. This approach not only enhances employee engagement and loyalty but also drives innovation and competitiveness by ensuring teams are equipped with the latest skills.

Lendwise is a specialist loan provider based in the UK which is dedicated to education finance for individuals who are looking to fund their studies at world class universities.

Lendwise's aim is to enable access to education through its affordable and flexible student loans that come with a fixed interest rate and no early repayment penalties. Interest rates are personalised and depend on an applicant’s overall profile including future earning potential, and the application process is entirely online. Full time programme students have access to a grace period that allows for repayment to start after graduation.

UK, EU and North American nationals are eligible for a Lendwise Loan. For other nationalities, Lendwise will review your application on a case-by-case basis.

Contact Lendwise directly to apply or if you have any questions about Lendwise or your RSM loan application.

If offered a place on our programme, depending on the loan amount, this will impact the instalment payment schedule. If you are accepted for a Lendwise loan, candidates must request a loan confirmation letter and email a copy to us at finance@rsm.nl who will liaise with you further regarding this. Candidates must pay their admissions fee of €3,000 according to the terms in the offer letter as it is not waived because of any potential Lendwise loan arrangement.
