During the course: You will be part of an online classroom for 10-weeks and join our students of the MSc Sustainability Management. This means during your course you can interact and learn from leading faculty, as well as network and exchange ideas with experienced professionals from around the world. As this is a part-time course, you can participate in it while continuing to work full-time, this also means you can apply learnings immediately into your role and organisation.
After the course: If you decide to later apply and successfully enrol for the full Online Master in Sustainability Management programme, you will be able to skip the completed course and have a tuition fee reduction.

During Business and Systems Change you will also take part in the Skills Crash Course Persuasive Communication led by Dr. Luke Fiske. Through hands-on exercises in storytelling, pitching, writing, and the strategic use of AI, you will learn to communicate ideas with clarity, influence stakeholders, and inspire action for sustainable change.
The course is particularly valuable for professionals in leadership, consulting, and transformation roles, where effective communication is key to driving impact.
You will participate in an exercise where you will be able to create your own I Will Statement and join RSM's global community of changemakers. This reflective exercise helps you develop self-awareness, emotional intelligence, and authentic leadership, empowering you to lead sustainable change with purpose and impact.
