Dr. Mamta Bhatt

Mamta Bhatt is a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Corporate Communication Centre, Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University Rotterdam, the Netherlands. She obtained her PhD in Organization Studies from Boston College, USA (2011). Her research focuses on understanding identity and identification in settings such as contingent professionals, road warriors, and organizational change situations. Additionally, she is interested in how context and identity shape phenomena such as knowledge creation and transfer.
