Leadership doesn’t only rest exclusively in the hands of the leader. To get your business going, you have to get your people on board. This three-day programme by RSM Executive Education will boost your skills to inspire, engage and motivate others, and teaches you the power of presence to reach your organisation’s goals.
You will learn new perspectives and techniques to reach your highest personal and professional potentials as a leader, including how to build trust, manage conflict, use positive emotions for successful decision-making, and implement effective time management. Your new non-verbal communication skills, such as presence and body language, will motivate and inspire people to achieve their best. You will also create an awareness and expansion of your repertoire as a leader. Connect, inspire and motivate your team by having your message congruent with your body language and voice.
In the 'Age of Experience', leadership is changing. RSM has clearly understood this and I had the pleasure of attending the three-day RSM course 'Essentials of Leadership'. It was the best investment in my own training I've made for a long time, and gave me lots of practical guidance that I can use directly in my job. I can highly recommend this programme to both new and experienced leaders!
Inspiring and energetic teacher passing the energy throughout the course.
The most compromised, yet most comprehended course in leadership I ever experienced.
You might be a different leader than you think you are right now.
Before you can manage a team it is essential to create more efficiency in your day to day challenges. So there is more time for tackling the bigger and more strategic issues. In this course you will learn how to become more effective and impactful as a person. It’s important to know what motivates you, and motivates others. Whether you want to become a leader or a more productive version of yourself, this is where (personal) leadership starts. You will especially benefit from, this programme if you are:
Committed to achieve leadership excellence in yourself and others
A project manager, senior specialist, future team leader
Working in a management, consulting or sales position.
If you have some experience in managing teams, are new to managing teams, interested in team dynamics,
please take a look at our Team Leadership programme.
