Proud faces of family, friends, academics and of course graduates illuminated the three theatre halls at convention centre De Doelen in downtown Rotterdam on Saturday 1 October 2022. They celebrated their academic achievements at the master graduation ceremonies of Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University (RSM).

In total, there were 1,125 graduates from RSM’s 13 English-taught full-time master programmes and the Dutch-taught Parttime Master in Management.

Every programme had its own ceremony, either in the Grote Zaal, the Willem Burger Zaal or the Jurriaanse Zaal of De Doelen in Rotterdam’s city centre. Each ceremony featured a presentation by the programme’s academic director and a graduate speaker. RSM Dean Ansgar Richter and Director of Alumni Relations Sue Martin also congratulated graduates and welcomed them to the RSM alumni network.

Graduates in high demand

In addition to students graduating cum laude, there was also one summa cum laude. Maximiliaan Sloof from the MSc in Business Information Management (BIM) graduated with the highest distinction.

The graduates are now officially part of RSM’s alumni network of more than 45,000 members who can stay connected to each other and to RSM through global eventslocal chapterscontinued education opportunities, Think.Do. magazine and many other ways.
