How to apply

If you are an external (non-RSM) student and want to apply for one of the masters programmes offered by Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University please follow the steps listed below.

RSM students (currently enrolled in one of our BSc programmes) who want to apply for the Master International Management (IM/CEMS) or MSc Finance & Investments Advanced programmes also have to follow the steps listed below.

For all other MSc programmes, internal RSM students (currently enrolled in one of our BSc or MSc programmes) must register for the master programme in Studielink by the 31st of May (preferably much earlier as you will not be able complete your MSc registration in Osiris Aanmeld without a Studielink registration). Application guidelines

After checking the admissions requirements and deadlines for the the programme you wish to apply for, you can complete the online application form (OLAF). The form opens on 1 October.

 

 

Required supporting documents:

a. 

A copy of your passport (the passport must be valid) 

b.

A copy of your secondary education diploma and academic transcript. If the original documents are written in a language other than English, Dutch or German you will need to provide an official translation. 

c. 

A copy of your university diploma(s) and academic transcripts/records. If the original documents are written in a language other than English, Dutch or German you will need to provide an official translation. If you indicated on your application form that you have not yet completed your bachelor studies, please upload an copy of your academic record(s) so far and provide the date you are expected to fulfill all requirements necessary for graduation. Applicants are required to have completed their bachelor programmes before 1 September. If you fail to meet this requirement you will not be allowed to start your master's programme. After you have been admitted, you will be asked to send certified copies of your diploma and transcript to the RSM admissions office.

A copy of your GMAT exam results.  The results must be included in your application by the application deadline or before the programme has reached capacity. GMAT exam results can be verified online if you have given RSM permission to access your score. The institution code for all programmes is: QK8-CX-28. (see the programme specific requirements for more details)

e.

Proof of proficiency in the English Language. You can read the detailed requirements for English language here. Make sure to always include your score report in the application, even if you have requested for your test score to be sent to RSM. If you are exempt from taking a test based on your previous education, make sure that the language of instruction is visible in your documents. If this is not the case, you should request for a statement where the language of instruction is clearly noted.

Your Curriculum Vitae. 

Please note that RSM does not request recommendation letters. Therefore we kindly ask you to not send these to us.
