Career Services

Career Services

Our enthusiastic team of professionals in the Career Centre department will support you in finding the career of your dreams.

Our services include

  • expert advice on how to present yourself to potential employers
  • how to stand out from the crowd with CVs and application letters that get notice
  • where to search for the jobs and internships you want
  • interview techniques that can help you to win that job

Meet the recruiters

Our Career Services department acts as the interface between you and recruiters from international companies who come to RSM every year to find the high-quality graduates they need. At our organised events you can meet experts from international organisations such as Shell, Google and L’Oréal. You’ll learn about their recruitment policies and get valuable career and employment market advice directly from the recruiters.

Meet our corporate partners

Every CEMS school has a Corporate Relations Manager (CRM). We are no exception. Our CRM works in our Career Services department and encourages all the international businesses and organisations that are CEMS official corporate partners to maintain their frequent and valuable involvement in the curriculum at RSM.

Corporate partners give guest lectures, present skills seminars and provide business projects. Our CEMS student club also sets up activities with CEMS corporate partners, such as networking dinners and events hosted by companies.

CEMS Career support

CEMS head office also offers career support for students and graduates. Their annual Career Forum brings together CEMS corporate partners, CEMS students from all over the world, and CEMS alumni. You can read more about the CEMS Career FORUM here.

Europe’s largest student association

RSM has the largest and most professionally run student organisation in Europe. As well as their many social events, the STAR study association also organises its own company recruitment events. Their STAR Management Week in autumn and Erasmus Recruitment Days event in spring mean that even if you are away from Rotterdam on internship or exchange for one semester, during the other semester there will be a STAR professional skills and networking or recruitment event that you can still attend.
