Many programmes focus on communication techniques, channels or messaging. This masterclass takes a different perspective. It explores the role of communication in shaping how organisational change is understood, interpreted and enacted.
Drawing on insights from organisational change, leadership, stakeholder engagement and corporate communication, the programme helps participants understand the complex human dynamics that influence whether change gains support or encounters resistance. Participants learn not only how to communicate change, but also how communication can create meaning, build trust, engage stakeholders and support successful implementation.
A distinctive feature of the programme is its strong emphasis on application. Participants work throughout the masterclass on a current organisational change challenge of their own, using practical frameworks, peer learning and feedback to develop approaches that can be applied immediately in their professional context.
While many change programmes focus broadly on diagnosing change situations and selecting appropriate interventions, this masterclass examines change through a communication lens. It equips communication professionals and leaders to play a more strategic role in organisational transformation by understanding how conversations, stakeholder engagement and communication practices influence the success of change initiatives.

This masterclass is designed for experienced professionals who are involved in organisational change and want to strengthen the role of communication in shaping understanding, trust, engagement and implementation.
