MBA Open Day November 2024

Learn more about RSM and the MBA programmes we offer. Keynote speakers will discuss topics relevant to the global business landscape and a presentation by senior staff representatives will provide you with more information on the unique characteristics of our school and the RSM experience. During an alumni panel our alumni will share about their personal journeys during and after the MBA. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions to various RSM representatives and alumni during an informal networking event afterwards.

Unlocking your individual leadership potential

All MBA Programmes at RSM have a flagship Personal Leadership Development Programme (PLD) that runs concurrently with the core MBA curriculum and lasts the length of your chosen programme. In this session we will share some highlights of the PLD programme, particularly how your individual leadership growth is supported by individual Leadership and Team/Group coaching. The integral design of coaching in PLD, carried out by internationally certified and accredited professional Leadership coaches, supports you in moving forward with your personal leadership goals, provides a stronger awareness of your own motivations and character within a team environment and helps you understand your influence on others. It also proactively stretches and enhancing your strengths as well as gives you an opportunity to step outside your comfort zone knowing there is someone to catch you if you fall.
