The QS methodology assigns the largest portion of a university's score to qualitative data gathered via two massive annual global surveys managed by QS. RSM excelled particularly in the MBA programme’s return on investment, scoring an impressive 89.3 out of 100. It also scored strongly in employability, entrepreneurship and alumni outcomes.
“We’re pleased to see the work of our faculty and professional services colleagues reflected in the strong assessment of this programme by our MBA graduates,” says Professor Mirko Benischke, Dean of Education at RSM. “Our position in Europe also remains stable, despite the ranking expanding from 102 programmes last year to 113 this year.“For students looking to make a significant career move, the one-year format of our MBA offers a relatively short route back into the labour market. But that only works if the programme remains closely connected to what employers are looking for. Our location and strong relationships with multinational companies in the Netherlands and across Europe help us maintain that connection. The MBA Career Centre plays an important role in bringing students and employers together, while our personal leadership coaching helps students translate what they learn into their own professional development and next career step.”
The QS rankings are based on several key indicators, including employability, academic reputation, value for money, and thought leadership, and is based in part on surveys of employers, academics, and schools.
RSM’s Full-time MBA programme was assessed using five indicators, and performed above the global average in each one of them. More information about the QS rankings can be found on their website here.
