Don’t offer public transport when everyone wants a bike

HR practices don’t create value in themselves. Value only comes through the use of HR practices.

Don’t stress and drive

Organisations should try to reduce distractions and help people to express their emotions at work or the drive home will be more dangerous

Tips: Marking the boundaries between home and work
