This six-module Dutch-taught executive programme helps you become an expert in measuring value, enabling you to advise or decide on corporate strategy, M&A and capital investments. You deepen your understanding of the theoretical concepts as well as develop your ability to conduct advanced financial analyses and valuations.
You will learn from the wide experience of Professor Marc Goedhart, co-author of the McKinsey practitioner’s book Valuation: Measuring and Managing the Value of Companies.
All modules in the course are practice-based and highly interactive. Complete the first four modules of four days per module and obtain the RSM Diploma in Advanced Business Valuation.
The programme also offers an additional Register Valuator track. To obtain the title of Register Valuator you need to:

The evaluation report on which an assessment is taken must be another report with which an examination has been taken and must come from personal practice. Within the assessment, more attention is also paid to the Code of Conduct and Professional Rules and practical cases.
You have an educational or practical background in finance, accounting or similar. Examples include more than two years of professional experience in finance, accounting or M&A, or a bachelor's or master's degree in business or business economics with an extensive amount of finance or accounting credits.
*Your application will be final once we have informed you, based on the intake call, that your application has been accepted. If you have only some experience, or are new to finance and management, we advise you to Finance for Non-Financial Managers programme instead.
During the Diploma Programme in Advanced Business Valuation you will learn from Prof. Marc Goedhart. Occasionally we may substitute other faculty members according to the content of the programme and their availability.
Marc Goedhart leads the RSM Diploma Programme in Business Valuation. He is professor of corporate valuation at RSM and has more than 20 years of experience in advising companies across Europe and Asia on corporate finance and valuation issues at McKinsey & Company.
