Who is this programme for?

Organisations are in a constant state of change and graduates are needed to help organisations cope with these changes. The MSc in Organisational Change & Consulting is aimed at recent graduates with a bachelor in business administration, public administration, economics, psychology, sociology or organisation studies who are fascinated by change and the role of change agents. 

What does this programme offer?

This one-year (12 month) full-time study programme combines understanding of different theories, with attention for models, relevant methods, skills and attitudes that facilitate change agents  to research, analyse and implement change. It includes exposure to people in real business environments. It includes exposure to people in real business environments and real organizational problems, so that as a student you are enabled to make changes that matter. In the end, you will have obtained a highly marketable degree: MSc in Organisational Change & Consulting.

Please note: Please note: In the academic year 2021/2022, the MSc in Organisational Change and Consulting will not take in any new students because the programme is being merged with the MSc in Human Resource Management where you can choose a specialist track in Organisational Development & Change. This programme offers greater flexibility and opportunities for you to learn about managing change and consulting practice.
