Our virtual classroom

In the online version of Digital Leadership and Change you will join our virtual classroom, where you will discover insights, methods and useful tools to capitalise on the opportunities digital transformation provides. In the virtual classroom, you can ask the facilitator(s) questions, and interact with your fellow participants via group assignments in virtual breakout rooms. For an optimal learning experience, the programme is split into six modules over two weeks. Each module lasts 3.5 hours (including breaks). The programme is delivered by Prof. Eric van Heck, Dr Martijn Rademakers, and Dr Frieda van Belle, who will provide you with the knowledge, tools and skills needed to lead digital transformation in your organisation. In order for faculty to tailor the topics to the needs of the class, you will be asked to complete some pre-work in which you detail your own challenges related to digital transformation and how to lead through the change.
