Ivin Mauricio

Head of Customer Care Netherlands & Sweden at CWS

"Leadership is a conversation and by truly listening and going through the change process rigorously you will have the greatest chance of successfully leading change. All of us – the professors and students – made sure we fostered a safe environment in which we could dig deep, learn, and grow together. After each module I left invigorated and confident with what I had learned and experienced.”

Jolanda Landman

Regiomanager at ArboNed

A great learning experience! The programme combined new theoretical support and tools with discussions with like-minded professionals. I liked the different approaches within each module, the varied faculty and the focus on three core areas: leadership, finance and strategy. The modular flexibility suited me and it was good to network. Also, RSM’s reputation is appealing and delivered its promise. I’m certain that this will help me in my current role and support my development in the future.

Diederik van Lieshout

Senior Operations Manager at Shurgard Self Storage

The programme was a great journey where I found new ways of working, working more efficiently, and got to know new people from all over the world. The programme is given by enthusiastic and driven professors and assistants who are very inspiring. Every course is very interactive and challenges you to participate when you can. Every senior district manager at Shurgard gets the opportunity to follow the programme at RSM. The reason that we choose RSM is simple: the programme is clear and has modules that you can use directly in your work. I’ve learned a variety of things that I can directly apply in my work, such as the models that can be applied, the new knowledge I learned from my co-students, and the new insights into my work and my way of working. The modules on strategy and decision-making gave me insight on how to look at what’s happening at our HQ. Now I can add suggestions for these specific projects and subjects. All these new insights and challenges mean my work is becoming even more inspiring than it was before!

Steve Belgraver

Principal Service Manager at GTT

RSM’s AMLP programme provided me not only with a broad and refreshing perspective on business and management, but also on how to more effectively engage with a diverse community of stakeholders. This boosted my confidence in being able to achieve my goals and future challenges. Each module explored new insights and new thinking patterns, and how to effectively apply them in my job. The role plays, strategy and leadership modules were practical in helping me prepare for work scenarios, to structure and build a new high-level approach to a new marketing segment, and to improve my personal effectiveness. I learned as much from the latest academic insights as from engaging with the diverse participants. This dynamic combination ensured all of us took away new skills and knowledge that each of us could immediately apply to our own field of work.

Robert Lahr

Head OEM Sales at Siemens Nederland nv

RSM provided a very pragmatic approach to helping business leaders deal with real, everyday issues and challenges. This gave me a hands-on perspective and tools I can use. The level and diversity of participants was especially energising and we could exchange different perspectives and views on the issues facing us. RSM’s location, reputation and experience contributed to a very positive learning experience, creating an atmosphere of trust that I regard as necessary for both learning and having fun!

Ronan Potter

Partner Acquisition Manager at Jumio Inc.

I was looking for a top-class, internationally oriented management development programme, and I was interested in how a business school perspective could combine with the realities of business practice. I found the programme thoroughly met my expectations in both the quality of teaching and the usefulness of the tools provided. Expert faculty who knew their stuff provoked me to think and apply myself differently. I also enjoyed the variety of participants; it’s interesting to see how similar problems are approached within different industries.
