Examples funded in our first round (December 2020) include projects encouraging community engagement and local impact such as building planters throughout the city to enhance biodiversity and bring people closer to nature, upcycling textile waste in various products, or breaking the taboos of mental illnesses. The earlier you submitted your application, the earlier your application will be pre-screened. For applications submitted close to the deadline, it may take up to 6 weeks.

Due to the high number of applications, it will not be possible to add more documents to your application, unless you receive a message from the RSM Admissions Office, asking you to do so. You will then upload the documents directly into the Online Application Form (OLAF). DO NOT send documents to us by e-mail.

No. We will evaluate your application based on the information available on the application deadline.

You will be asked to upload your test results directly into the Online Application Form (OLAF). Be patient as it may take some time before the upload possibility opens. We will send you a notification once you can upload the results. The results must be submitted by the 1st of April.

Please note that during this very busy season, you should not contact us unless you really can't find the answer to your questions on our website. So before you send an e-mail through our contact form or pick up the phone, make sure you check the website and the Frequently Asked Questions.

We are aware that some GMAT test locations are currently not available in your country. RSM will try to help you come up with an alternative solution. Please contact Ms. Lin Chen (lin@rsm.nl) from local office at Chengdu for further advise.

If you receive the approval from Examination Board on time to be processed by Exam Organization (5 working days before the exam), your exam will be set up with the extra time you were entitled to. You can check if you were entitled the extra time in OSIRIS Student. How this will be processed depends on the system. If you noticed that the extra time has not been awarded in OSIRIS Student, please contact our Student Advisors. You can find their contact information here.

Exams can take place in different platforms, such as Canvas, ANS or Remindo. The instructor will inform you before the exam in which platform the exam will take place and how to access the exam. If your exam is online proctored, you will have to follow the link that you will receive from the Exam Organization, after your systems check. If the exam is not online proctored, you can access the exam directly in the corresponding platform.

If you are taking a proctored exam, you should ask any questions either for technical issues or for content-related via the chat. If you are taking a non-proctored exam, you can email your questions to the contact person in the cover sheet of the exams. They will forward the questions to the appropriate recipients.

The integrity statement is a clause included in all online exams to inform students about their responsibility and commitment to complete the exam without committing any type of fraud.

Please be aware that if you do not comply with these terms and conditions and/or there is a suspicion of fraud, sanctions may be imposed by the Examination Board which could even extend to permanent termination of your student registration (Rules and Guidelines Article 3.6).

If you decline the integrity statement, the exam cannot be assessed, because it could be that part of the exam is not your own work. So, the result is a blank. If you fail to endorse the statement, you will also receive a blank result. If, after the exam, you realize that you failed to endorse the statement and report it to the course instructor, you will be asked to agree to the statement on paper, sign it, photograph it or scan it and send it to the course instructor. Then it could still be possible that you get a grade for the exam.

You need to use the latest version of Google Chrome. The software that is used for proctored exams by EUR (ProctorExam) operates with an add-on that only works in combination with Google Chrome.

• A well-functioning laptop or a desktop computer. We recommend keeping the computer plugged in to the charger.
• A stable internet connection (minimum upload speed 1.5 Mb p/s, check with e.g. www.speedtest.net). Use an internet cable if your Wi-Fi is not stable.
• Your ERNA ID login credentials.
• If applicable, permitted materials. Your teacher will inform you via Canvas and on the coversheet of the exam which materials are permitted (e.g. calculator, notes, etc.)
• A quiet place to take your exam.
  
  Additionally, for proctored exams
• Google Chrome. The software that is used for proctored exams by EUR (ProctorExam) operates with an add-on that only works in combination with Google Chrome.
• Make sure your laptop or desktop computer has well-functioning webcam and microphone.
• Make sure you have a valid form of identification (Student card, ID or passport).

The information about the form of the exam, the software used, and the materials allowed during the exam will be shared by your course instructor via the Canvas course site and in the exam cover sheet.

If you have experienced technical issues during your exam, you need to report them to Examination Board (eb@rsm.nl), including the course instructor and the Online Assessment Service Team (OAST@rsm.nl) in CC. If your exam was proctored, you additionally need to send your email to proctoring@eur.nl.

The exam hall (“M-Hall”) has a limited capacity, and therefore the option to offer on-campus exams is currently limited to students with special circumstances, which must always be discussed with our Student Advisers, and for proctored exams. If there are specific circumstances for which you cannot complete an online exam from home, please consult with one of our Student Advisers to discuss possible alternatives.

If the Cover sheet of the exam states that a dictionary is not allowed, then Google Translate is also not allowed.
