Fulfilling the additional exam requirements doesn't automatically guarantee you a spot, as this also relies on your diploma level and the quality of other applicants. A highly competitive pool of applicants might reduce your chances of being selected. For applicants in the final year of high school:

Applicants with an insufficient level of mathematics or an insufficient grade must take the IBA mathematics exam in order to qualify for the programme. You can determine whether or not you need to take an exam by looking at the information listed for your diploma on our website. Do not wait for the admissions office to tell you whether or not an exam is needed.
We advise applicants to schedule the test on time, as the results must be handed in by the 1st of April at the latest. Scores received after the 1st of April will not be accepted.
It is your own responsibility to register for the exam. The costs of the exam are not covered by RSM. Keep in mind that a sufficient result does not guarantee a spot in the programme. It is simply a tool to make up for any deficiencies in your mathematics level or grades.
There are many courses available which help you prepare for the GMAT test. The best way to find them is to google for GMAT courses near you.
The Erasmus University language and training center (LTC) offers GMAT courses. The training consists of 4 lessons as well as an online training package. For more details check the LTC website.
Please consult the webpage of the Career Centre.

As of 1 October 2016 RSM’s Bachelor of International Business Administration (IBA) programme is classified as Numerus Fixus programme. This means that there are only a limited number of places available in the programme and that the selection should be done according to the guidelines outlined by the Dutch government. For the IBA programme these changes mean:

The Blackboard pages for the upcoming academic year are typically available at the end of July. Course coordinators are asked to update their Blackboard pages at their earliest convenience, and their Blackboard pages should be updated two weeks before the start of the trimester at the latest.
Students are granted access to Blackboard pages through subscription to the courses via Osiris (with the exception of the RSM Minors, for which Blackboard access is granted via Programme Management).
If you or one of your colleagues is unable to access your particular Blackboard course please contact your Programme Manager or send a mail to bb-portal@rsm.nl
A basic Blackboard manual can be found here.
Student Representation has provided feedback regarding the (from students’ perspective) desired organisation of course Blackboard pages. The SR’s proposal (which coordinators are recommended but not required to follow):
Standardize the left panel of all courses into the following categories: Information, Content, Assignment and Discussion.
- Place the staff information, course manual and other introductory materials to the course in the Information folder.
- Place materials related to lectures, workshops and other seminars in the Content folder, which might further contain several subfolders.
- Place any information regarding the assignments in the Assignment folder
Please note: As a rule, grades should not be published via Blackboard. Grade files can be sent to Programme Management, who will ensure that students receive their partial and overall grades via SIN-Online.

The 2021-2022 tuition fee for the MSc programmes is approximately €18,700 per year. The Dutch government contributes towards this cost for students who hold nationality from a country belonging to the European Economic Area (EEA). These students therefore pay only the statutory fee of €2,168 per year. Please note that tuition fees are subject to change.
Students who are enrolled in the 18-month MSc International Management/CEMS programme will pay tuition for the months they are enrolled. The expected tuition fee for this programme is €28,050 for non-EEA students and €3,252 for EEA students.
For EEA nationals who have already completed a master in the Netherlands (and obtained the diploma) the tuition fee for a 2nd master is €12,000.
Countries in the European Economic Area: - Austria - Hungary - Poland - Belgium - Iceland - Portugal - Bulgaria - Ireland - Romania - Cyprus - Italy - Slovak Republic - Czech Republic - Latvia - Slovenia - Denmark - Liechtenstein - Spain - Estonia - Lithuania - Sweden - Finland - Luxembourg - Switzerland - France - Malta - United Kingdom - Germany - Netherlands - Greece - Norway - Croatia
